For over a decade, Alan has been driven to contribute towards the long-term development of the Water Damage Restoration industry. Training and education are the tools he uses with clients to foster an innovative culture within their business.

The challenge is to always deliver a complete solution to customers; comprising of a robust product offering, industry leading technical support, and competitive pricing that delivers a strong ROI for my clients. Deep-diving into customer problems and working alongside them, enabling them to solve their challenges through the use of new approaches and modern technology, is his motivation.

For the wider community, the development and support of a streamlined and efficient structural drying solution that results in minimising the pain and suffering of those affected by escapes of water. Energy-efficiency and eco-friendliness are integral parts of what we focus on as a business.

Alan has a proven track record of building business areas from the ground up, developing brands whilst maximising sales and profitability in new business segments. A senior leader and manager who has the ability to think and act strategically; making informed, evidence based decisions whilst nurturing a high-performance culture within an organisation.

  • 20-year career working within a climate control environment, with time spent in Manufacturing, Logistics, R&D, and Sales

  • 18 years working in Technical Sales, primarily in a Business Development Manager role – both nationally and internationally, covering Europe, Asia, Australia and the US for a number of years

  • Bachelors degree in International Business and a Masters in Leadership and Management. Started his education in electrical and electronic engineering (HND)

  • For the last 15 years Alan has had a strong focus on the water damage restoration market, and this is probably what he is most well-known for globally.

  • Alan’s role in Dantherm is to oversee the development of all non-pool related Business Units, with a primary focus on BU Drying.
