Tool Box Training is for you and your team on individual subjects for restoration, general cleaning and carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Restoration packages

We offer training on a wide range of restoration topics:

  • Moisture Detection

  • Heat Drying

  • Dehumidification

  • Odour Control

  • Mould Investigation / Remediation

  • Reporting

The time frame is entirely customised to your business needs. A session usually runs between 2 and 4 hours. Here are some options:

  • 2 hour package: You get 1.5 hours of training and half an hour of sponsored equipment demonstration and promotion by Restore Solutions

  • 3 hour package: You get 2 hours of training and 1 hour of sponsored equipment demonstration and promotion by Restore Solutions

  • 4 hour package: You get 3 hours of training and 1 hour of sponsored equipment demonstration and promotion by Restore Solutions

Cleaning packages

Our cleaning training packages take between 2 and 8 hours and cover these topics relevant for Cleaning Carpet, Upholstery, Rug, Hard Floor and General Cleaning:

  • Phone Answering

  • Marketing

  • Process of cleaning

  • Customer retention

  • Fibre Identification

  • Quoting / Pricing

Note: All travel costs and associated costs are charged additional to the training fee.
