• Water Damage, Structural Drying, and Mould Remediation Course & completed assessment
  Candidates that attended flood house training in the past 5 years, may have 2-month access to complete online assessment as a Refresher $220

• Completed the Workplace Health & Safety course and assessment
  Candidates that attended flood house in past 5 years, may have 1-month access to complete online assessment as a Refresher $99

• Restoration Technician Training Handbook
  On completion of the online assessment candidates receive a competency-based handbook.
  This aids in the continuous learning onsite and must be implemented within their team

Specialised Training & Equipment (OPTIONAL)

• Is proficient in saving hardwood timber floors
  This will be an audit by ACRA to review training compliance and correct use of equipment

• Is proficient in Fire Damage Restoration
  This will be an audit by ACRA to review training compliance and correct use of equipment

• Master Restoration Technician completed and passed
  + how many within the business have completed

Equipment Requirements

• Business own specialised Heat Drying Equipment

• Business have a range of specialised Drying Equipment

Business + Process Requirements

• Follow ACRA Moisture Detection Language

• Follow ACRA reporting guidelines - annual report auditing by ACRA

• Business demonstrates safe work practises for Mould Remediation

• Complies with Australian standards and industry practices

• 80% of the Companies Restoration Team have successfully completed ACRA’s Water Damage, Structural Drying and Mould Remediation Assessment
