Audit Service for Insurance Teams

Our Auditing program is designed specifically for insurance professionals who assess restoration, water damage, mould, and related property claims. We deliver practical, real‑world knowledge that strengthens an assessor’s ability to evaluate restoration work accurately, understand restoration language, confidently, and in alignment with industry best practice.

Participants gain a deeper, more comprehensive understanding of:

  • The Inspection Process — How to conduct structured, methodical site inspections that capture all relevant information.

  • Moisture Detection & Instrument Use — Correct application of moisture meters, hygrometers, thermal imaging cameras, and other restoration tools with correct moisture detection language.

  • Quoting & Scoping — How to interpret onsite findings and translate them into accurate, defensible scopes of work and costings.

  • Reporting Standards — What constitutes a complete, compliant, and professionally structured report, including the essential elements insurers should expect from contractors.

This training equips assessors with the technical insight needed to make informed decisions, reduce claim ambiguity, and improve the quality and consistency of assessments across your portfolio.

Toolbox for Insurance Teams

Our Toolbox Workshops provide hands‑on, practical training tailored to your team needs. These sessions broaden ones understanding of restoration equipment, processes, and industry expectations — ultimately improving the accuracy of assessments, correct industry language and the quality of communication with contractors and policyholders.

Workshops can be delivered as a single toolbox or a series and can be customised to suit your team’s level of experience and operational requirements. Topics include:

  • Moisture Detection — Understanding moisture behaviour, meter selection, and correct interpretation of readings with correct moisture detection language.

  • Heat Drying — When and how heat‑based systems are used, and what results should be expected.

  • Dehumidification — Types of dehumidifiers, correct sizing, and performance indicators.

  • Odour Control — Common odour‑removal technologies and when each is appropriate.

  • Mould Investigation and Remediation — Identifying mould conditions, understanding remediation standards, and recognising compliant vs. non‑compliant work.

  • Reporting — What a high‑quality restoration report should include and how to interpret it.

Sessions typically run 2–4 hours, depending on the content required. Every workshop is fully customised, ensuring your assessors walk away with practical, immediately applicable knowledge.
